Return Policy Overview
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.

- • Accessories in original packaging
- • Home décor items in original condition
- • Items purchased at full price
✗ Non-Returnable Items
- • Intimate apparel and undergarments
- • Custom or personalized items
- • Final sale items
- • Items worn or damaged
How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and go to "My Orders" or contact our customer service team to start your return.
Need help? Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
Package Your Items
- • Include all original tags and packaging
- • Use the original shipping box if possible
- • Include the return authorization form
- • Pack items securely to prevent damage
Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label provided with your return authorization. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Important: Returns without prepaid labels or return authorization may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day timeline and condition requirements as returns.

- • Select "Exchange" when initiating your return
- • Choose your preferred replacement item
- • We'll ship your exchange once we receive your return
- • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Refund Information
Processing Time
- • Return received: 1-2 business days
- • Inspection completed: 2-3 business days
- • Refund processed: 3-5 business days
- • Bank processing: 5-10 business days
Refund Methods
- • Original payment method: Full refund
- • Store credit: Available upon request
- • Gift card purchases: Refunded to store credit
- • Cash/check: Not available
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Additional Requirements
- • Contact customer service before returning
- • Use trackable shipping method
- • Mark package as "Return Merchandise"
- • Include customs declaration
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
When reporting damaged items:
- • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- • Provide photos of the damage
- • Include your order number
- • Keep all packaging materials
